IT TECHNICIAN FOR TESTING E-ALPHA, E-BETA SOFTWARE INTERNALLY DEVELOPED BY SOFTLINE<\/h2>\n

Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Coordination of testing activities and supervision of the execution of the same for SOFTline-developed software (in Windows, Web and Android environments)
\n\u2022 Coordination and supervision of software releases
\n\u2022 Editing of the developed systems manuals.
\n\u2022 Collaboration with developers and customer support for the diagnosis of software and hardware problems
\n\u2022 IT technician for the management of corporate hardware: personal computers, printers and PDAs used by the company
\n\u2022 Help desk on our systems<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Advanced knowledge of SQL
\n\u2022 Ability to analyse \/ summarize the technical documentation
\n\u2022 Ability to analyse and solve problems and to relate to end customers
\n\u2022 Ability to manage and maintain the PC and device fleet used by SOFTline
\n\u2022 Ability to install and configure Windows client operating systems
\n\u2022 Ability to configure, manage and maintain Android devices
\n\u2022 Ability to operate in a highly dynamic environment
\n\u2022 Knowledge of PC and network hardware architectures<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Previous experience in the same tasks
\n\u2022 Experience on Windows Server and Linux environments
\n\u2022 Experience with environments for data exchange via web technologies (such as Web Service, REST, etc.)
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Remote Desktop environments
\n\u2022 Experience Android industrial handhelds and devices connected to them
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of written English<\/p>\n
